About the Board


The Board of Zoning Appeals is a mandated board by State Code. This board is to hear requests for variances from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, and provide the initial level of review of any decision of the Zoning Administrator. All requests for appeals must be made within 30 days of the decision. If this time period is not met no appeal may be made to this board. An application to the board must be submitted with the $350.00 application fee, six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.
