Description:
Under general supervision, operates machinery and equipment in the maintenance and cleaning of gravity sewer, laterals, manholes, pump stations and related work as required. Should possess general knowledge in the practices, safety, tools, methods, and techniques used in the operation and maintenance of a sewer system.

Education/Experience:
Graduation from High School or equivalent; 1 to 2 years of experience in utilities work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Special
Req:
Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia or a Commercial Driver's Instruction Permit with the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License within 60 days of hire.
