The system, for use by members of the Virginia State Bar and their designated staff, allows electronic filing of most civil cases in the circuit court.  VJEFS may be used to track case submissions, receive status and other notifications by email, request service of process, and calculate and pay for fees online.

Attorneys/Law Firms only have to register with one circuit court.  Once registered, you can E-File with any circuit court in the Commonwealth of Virginia by simply clicking on the drop-down list and selecting the court you wish to file a case.
